On November 27, 2023, I bought it on an online website using a Nintendo Switch gift card. Delivery was supposed to be in 2 days. A week later, nothing had changed, I called/wrote support, they couldn’t say anything. My order was later sent back. And now a month has passed since I write every day and call technical support, they just transfer from department to department. I spend 3-4 hours a day on this and the result is the same - the money was never returned. Tell me how to solve this situation? This is just a very careless attitude towards their clients.
