Verizon All-Access Xbox Series X

Okay,

A couple of years ago, I purchased Xbox Series X under All-Access program offered by Verizon. When I received it, I noticed that the subscription is "managed by Verizon". I dismissed that at the time because it was still good at the time. So now, my subscription is expiring this November and of course I want to be prepared.  I wanted to find a way to change the plan from two years subscriptions to monthly, because I don't wanna be charged $400 for this price. I contacted Microsoft team and they told me since it's managed by Verizon and Verizon is having a hard time to find a way to turn off "Auto renewal"... I know I'm responsible to pay $34.99 to Affirm but I can't for the life of me to try to manage my darning subscription. Like why does Verizon and Affirm is making this difficult so?!... Does anyone have this similar issue? I mean I just want to manage subscription, that's all I want to do. They also told me that I could find this "active subscription" under my Verizon +play section. I see it there but all it can do is to reroute me to Affirm... ANYONE HAVE A SOLUTION?
