My wife was told by our Direct TV Account Representative that we are eligible for a Monthly $10 Statement Credit/Discount since we have both Fios Internet & Direct TV. Anybody know if it's true or how to apply it?

You would have to call customer support.

I know they did stuff like that in the past.
Given that AT&T bought DirecTv, it wouldn't surprise me to see that go away.
