$100 Gift Card Offer not working

Got a email this morning to log into my account that my $100 Verizon offer was ready. I log in and it is there but when I click it a new page opens with the following error message below

{"STATUS":"ERROR", "DETAILS":"missing vz_jwt"}

To make matters worse it says it needs to be redeemed today even though I just got the email saying it was ready. Please rectify this
