I am unable to redeem my promotional $100 Visa gift card per the instructions provided in an email sent to me by Verizon recently. Specifically, the redemption link does not lead to a rewards tile as specified in the email. Please advise on how I can redeem my promised $100 Visa gift card. Thanks.
