I know many people are in the same boat as they can not redeem the $100 VISA gift card promised by the Verizon and this is not the first time Verizon has the problem keeping their promise. Look at here:

Verizon refuses to send email regarding this issue. If you call the customer service number and tell them that the line is recorded on your side, it is against their policy. However, they have the recording on Verizon side. This is completely unfair policy.
