I received an email to redeem my $100 Prepaid Reward Card for my order of Fios Home Internet: Gigabit Connection. I followed the instructions to redeem by clicking on the Redeem now button below and logging in using my user ID and password. However, after doing so I do not see the reward tile to register my reward.
