13 hours into trying to get my Verizon sorted out. Help needed at a higher level

Suddenly my Verizon bill is $40  above what it should be and I got no credit for 4 phones traded in.  I spent 59 minutes on the phone with a rep who wasn’t helpful.  Any way to get help higher up?
