19807 - Severely damaged pedestal removal - First contacted in 2018 - No updates??!!

The previous owners contacted Verizon to replace a damaged pedestal in 2018.
We purchased the home in 2019 and then c19 hit. I contacted Verizon 6 + months ago and was assured that the pedestal would be replaced. A field manager came to look at it, typed in a work order, and I never saw him or anyone else from Verizon again.
The pedestal looks sad and makes Verizon LOOK BAD. Like Verizon doesn't care about its reputation.
Can someone provide an updated status and WHY it's taken so long to replace it?
