i have to point out about non-receipt of promotion $$...that i was told would come to me as a prepaid visa that i could use. i have paid three successives bills from them...but not card, so promo completion

sounds like its part of a big bait & switch? as a veteran two decade-long customer, i should have known better than to be fooled by them again.
