$200 Gift Card Issue

Hello, Just like many other users here I was promised a $200 gift card upon signing up for FIOS Home Internet service with my pre-existing mobile account. I never received details about the offer and the offer tile never appeared in my account  and customer service chat pretends like they have never ever heard about this despite it being well documented right here in this forum. Has anybody had luck getting their gift card? It was part of why I went with Verizon internet service and I’m fairly annoyed at how difficult it is to simply receive the offer I was promised when buying service.
