Hello. Has anyone else not received the $200 promotional gift card for FIos service? I have called customer service repeatedly with no luck in receiving the gift card. I started my service back on November 27th and waited the 65 days before following up on the gift card (calling customer service now 5 times). March 8th they told me they were mailing me the gift card however now it is April 12th and I have still not received it. Please let me know what else I can do to resolve this. Thank you.
