$200 Gift Card Tile Missing

I had a tile stating I was eligible for a $200 Verizon Gift Card on July 31st, 2022.

The tile is now missing. I received no e-mail with instructions on how to redeem it.

Leading people on with promises when they sign up and not following through when it's time to pony up is horrendous service.

I've also had trouble with On Demand since I signed up for the tv service in late May/early June and that hasn't been resolved.

Come on Verizon get your act together!!!
