First of all, I'm very disappointed in the #1 of wireless service provider, verizon. My family and I have been using verizon for over 15 years and very often have had conflict with promotions that verizon promised to provide.
I ordered 5G home internet service last December after seeing the $200 grubhub promotion and disney+
As soon as I found out, I started service, I could redeem disney+ but not the grubhub giftcard.
I never received any notification, email, or page in my verizon to redeem for the gift card, so I contacted verizon number of times starting from early in January and the answer was to wait for an email which I never received.
Today, I made a call and was told that my promotion is gone without a chance to redeem them. I was on call for over an hour to speak to manager, and the representative kept me holding. After holding the phone for like an hour and half she literally told me there won't be a manager to speak with me AT ALL.
I'd like to get this problem resolved please.
