$250 Gift Card

This summer, my two roommates and I switched from Comcast to Verizon. When I was speaking with Verizon during the switch, they offered a $250 gift card with my service. I received the card two weeks ago only to realize it’s a scam. This is so disappointing, as my family and I have been Verizon customers for nearly a decade and joined Fios because we believed they were an honest organization. I've never seen a large company defraud its customers like Verizon has.

This is a Verizon gift card that the company says you can put toward your bill. Were that true, I would be happy but it doesn't even work to pay your bill. Pretty amazing, I've never been scammed like this and if you are considering Verizon, stoo now.
