$250 Gift Card

I received the apparent gift card as promised when I resigned up for Verizon Fios.  I was told it was going to be a Visa gift card, and what has come was just a Verizon Wireless card. This is not what I was told, and I do have a screenshot of the conversation with the Fios rep that signed me up again. It clearly states Visa Gift Card. Please help resolve this issue, and correct it.
