I had our Triple play installed in 10/2019 and was told we would be receiving a $250 visa gift card. I have never received my gift card. It's 3 months later. The chat support never works for me. I keep clicking talk to agent but it never amounts to anything but giving me grief. Calling customer service is a terrible joke. I've been transferred 6 times and 51 minutes later I still have even slight resolution. I switched from Comcast because of good deals with Fios. This just seems like a scam. Wish I had never switched.
