$250 on gift cards

I changed my FiOS package and was told I would receive$250 I gift cards. I was notified in November I was eligible and tried online but was unsuccessful. I have called over and over and still have not received the cards. They shouldn't promise something then make customer jump through hoops to redeem to never receive it at all. Terrible
