Just received my $250 prepaid visa from a Fios promo I signed up for. Well, upon activating the card I was told the balance is Zero. The hell?
Account is in good standing with automatic payments. Card is one YEAR away from expiration. How is this even possible? Is there a way to escalate this as the card issuer says to contact Verizon.
