Ok so in December I switched from a different provider and i still haven't received my $400 prepaid card. In February 2016 I had received and email stating it's on the way and when I put in my user ID and password it says I couldn't be log in.. so fast forward to July 2016 and I still haven't received the card. I called and they told me it was sent the "wrong way" which I don't know what that meant and that they would sent it out again. I was given a reference number and so couple weeks I called back and they gave me the run around to different department because they couldn't find no such thing on my account and I gave them the reference number and they still couldn't find it. After 8 different transfer I was told I would receive the card in the next 15 days. It's august now and I still haven't received anything. I haven't received an email saying it was sent I went to the rewards page but it didn't load nothing. So veRipon please stop playing around and give me my card.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
