Hello,
My Verizon FIOS was just due 2 days ago, and I already saw a $5 late payment charge added to the bill.
I thought there is at least 9 days of grace period. I just paid my bill of $88.64 deducted the $5 late payment charge. Please advise as how the late payment charge already applied to the bill as the bill is only late 2 days after the due date of May 31st.
