I am dealing with this right now!

the chat is a joke they dont help at all they just try to trick you to get upgrades and they dont solve any issues. I have a screen record of an agent sending me random links to approve an upgrade and pushing for me to take a look at it when I specifically said I was not interested. I called him out and he disconnected me right away. I had long conversation with an actual agent on the phone and she said she submitted a request to waive it and still nothing. I even ask for a confirmation or something to make sure I can refer back to that number if i need to call back, and she said no is fine just go back to the account and few days and check. Like seriously!!!

this is a joke, is like Verizon trained them to avoid until they cant and then maybe they give you a refund.
