A chaotic day with verizon

Called Verizon early in the morning for assistance with the self installation, after running a bunch of tests and showing support the equipment setup through camera, they determined they need to send someone out to complete the installation, appointment set for the afternoon same day. Was informed I can track the technician through app but couldn’t do so so I reached out again early afternoon to confirm a technician is on the way (just in case the appointment was not correctly set). I was assured that a tech is coming, he’s finishing up the current job then there is one more before coming over. Close to COB but no one showed up, reached out again and spoke with 4 representatives telling me different stories. Online chat said no tech assigned to my order, a tech guy said a technician was assigned but couldn’t reach him and asked me to wait another hour, customer service said the ticket was already closed then transferred my call to another tech guy who said no ticket was created so no technician sent. Wasted the whole day!
