AC Unit was damage by the Tech that installed Fios internet

Hi, 

About 3 months ago, I had  Verizon Fios internet installed for my home. The tech spent almost 5 hrs. to set it up, I live on the second floor. The tech accidentally drilled a whole into my Air Conditioner (AC) which was resting on the floor (cool month at the time).  He was nice enough to give me his  Managers information  (Steve). I spoke with him on the phone and was assured they would cover a new AC as long as I gave them the receipt. Which Steve would only accept if he picked it up at my home, which he  did.  He told me it would take up to two weeks to reimburse it is now month 2 after checking in with him  via text and call. Last I heard was that it was in process and to wait two more weeks...still nothing. I called Verizon numbers 1888-881-2622 and 1800-837-4966, its been 2 hours and no call backs. The automated system is infuriating and chatting with an agent has been impossible endless loop of automated QA. The newly purchase AC was about the same value as the old  $450 which I already paid out of pocket. Can Someone Please let me know when I will get my money back? Or if there is someone else I need to contact to get this solved. 

Steve has turned off his phone because it  goes straight to voicemail (full voicemail box) and no longer responds to my text. I didn't use his full name as I don't want to cause any trouble for him.
