I got my email on the 14th of this month (service connected on Nov 12) and still cannot redeem the offer. I have called multiple times and tried to get this fixed through chat as well. None of it has worked. One of the reps on chat told me to contact the reward team but they couldn't help. They just told me I am eligible and they don't know why it doesn't show up. That's the is solution aparently, "I don't know and can't fix it so just wait longer." Well it's been over a week and there is still nothing. I have never experienced worse customer service.
