Absolutely Terrible Customer Service- almost hilarious at this point

I had a billing issue that was resolved almost 3 months ago and was promised a $50 gift card instead of refund credit that would be rewarded within 60-65 days-- I saved this evidence within the chat because I was already skeptical of these tactics. 

Fast forward 65+ days, I still have received nothing despite numerous customer representative conversations, each with similar patterns of passing it onto another department who has no idea what is going on. Just a very lazy ethic of no accountability and passing the buck. 

It is now passed much beyond and the representative said I may have to wait another 60 days for it to be issued before passing me to the MOBILE department. Do you all think I'm that stupid? What kind of people does verizon hire? Nobody actually working for solutions. Really disappointing. I've been patient, I've been kind and understanding, but I have also been to more Popeyes locations with better service.
