So, I have recieved my email from Verizon saying that "It's time to redeem your Holiday Bonus from Verizon" and gave the instructions to claim... but when i log in I don't see the "Redeem Amazon Offer Link" or anything talking about the Amazon Echo. I have the link/tile to redeem the Amazon Prime and I did but I'm missing the Echo link ... can somebody please help me with this? I called customer service where i was transferred around and stuck on hold for 1 hour! :-() and I ended up just hanging up.
