The Amazon offer/links appeared in My Verizon account for like a month stating that they're redeemable on 12/31/18. But the day it was ready to redeem (received email noticiation), lo-and-behold, they were no longer there. I spoke to a rep via Chat who couldn't help me. Gave me a number to call, but all I get is a busy signal.
If they are unable to resolve this, I will be reporting it to the Better Business Bureau because Verizon keeps screwing me over and over.
