I have also not received my $100 amazon gift card for a new activation of fios. Its been 6 months and 10 calls to the customer srevice center. This is getting very frustrating and Im beginning to think this is a scam. I have checked my email for verizon notifications regarding the amazon gift card and I even checked spam and all I get from verizon is a runaround that they will send it to my email.
