I have never been able to redeem my Amazon Prime + Echo Promotion. The emails I have received instruct me to sign in to My Fios through the Verizon website or App. When I sign in, there is no link anywhere to be found to redeem this offer. I received an email yesterday telling me the redemption expires tomorrow. Again, the email provides the same instructions that when followed provide no path to redemption. This is fraud. I googled this issue. I found that the Pennsylvania Attorney General is suing Verizon for this fraud. Please provide me with the promotion offered with my contract.
