I have been trying for a few hours to find the "Redeem" button for the AmazonPrime offer. I clicked the link in the email I was sent but there was no tab. I spent 30 min on tech chat and was transferd to 3 different people before they said I had to call a phone number which was not active when I tried to call. Needless to say, I am getting extremly frustrated and annoyed with this. I've seen that MANY others are having the same issues. Starting to smell a little fishy around here
