Wasted over 3 hours on the phone, in chats, and emailing trying to get these promotional items. Was supposed to redeem December 26 2018 but could not then and cant now. Haven't heard anything back from verizon either despite my reaching out over and over again. What is next? I suppose I can cancel me service with no early cancellation fee? If they cant hold up their end of the agreement why should the consumer have to? Please help or cancel my service and lose an 8 year customer.
