I received an email from Verizon to redeem my offer for Amazon Prime and an Amazon Echo. The email directed me to my Fios App where I see a link to redeem the Amazon Echo but not Amazon Prime.
I've tried contacting Verizon via phone and the online chat to resolve this issue and have faced wait times in excess of two hours or representatives who just direct me to another department.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue??
