Renewed my FIOS subscription and was due a free year Amazon Prime and an Amazon Echo. Waited 30 days and got email. Followed the email instructions and no link to redeem was present. Have called repeatedly and used the on line help. None of the customer service reps have done anything to correct the problem. First I was told 24 hours and check back. Then it was 48 hours and check back... then it went to 7 days... and still no resolution. Now when I call I am sent down a phone trail that ultimately leads to being cut off every time. Verizon is false advertising their offers for renewal!
