Anyone no why they offer such bad service, high prices and customer service in general? Who's worse now? Comcast or Verizon?
Sorry but Comcast will NEVER be topped as the most pathetic company to deal with. We have FiOS in our primary home and Comcast in our beach house and the amount of issues and problems we consistently have with Comcast makes Verizon look like the greatest company ever. I'm not defending FiOS, it has more than its share of problems but Comcast is by far the worst and always will be
