Bill credit report

I shut down fios, returned all equipment.

Then waited for the bill to be adjusted. 

Then got a collection letter.  I called paid it to their collection agency. 

Then all of sudden month later, after paying and it wasn't on my credit report,  I was clearly told it wouldn't be by collections etc

Boom Verizon puts it on my credit with unpaid full balance. Its paid over a month ago. I call collection,  its paid. Confirmed. They said call Verizon.  Well after calling over and over, transferred,  hour wait times, transfer to phillines call center etc no one can answer **bleep**. I'm still calling,  battling this etc. This is the worst company.  I will tell everyone,  I swear I will tell everyone in stores who are speaking with agents selling it, RUN!!!! DONT DO IT. 

I WILL TELL THEM EXACTLY WHAT YOU DID. GET IT OFF MY CREDIT!!!!! 

The phone number for it, is for wireless not tv etc
