Hello, We were landscaping in the Fall and our fiber line was cut. It was only 1" below the surface. I called Verizon to get it taken care of and a couple months later I get a bill from some CMR Claims Department trying to collect 500 dollars! NO WAY! The line was improperly installed to begin with. In addition, the bill is NOT ITEMIZED as Verizon bills normally are. The whole thing smells fishy to me. I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and I have never been treated so poorly. Please help me with this ASAP as I have been on the phone for over an hour talking to Verizon with NO RESOLUTION.
