I received an email from Verizon stating that my bill was now available online. I went to pay and the new bill has not been posted to my account. Has anyone else had this problem? Any idea when it will be resolved? (Note: this is the day of the month that I get the notification and pay my bill so I assume it is not a scam). Thanks

yep, mine goes up to November; i didn't get a notification from Verizon either; got an email from one of the bill paying services I use at times, so I can at least pay thru that. Don't know what the deal is with Verizon.
Verizon's gotten rather goofy later; still very dissatisfied with the rate of processing on the DVR; extremely slow. Starting to consider another cable provider.

We did an account number conversion for our customers in our billing systems. This has been causing the site to be a little goofy
