Billing error

I saw that the movie " Parasite " was offered for free to me. I watched and was billed 5.99 plus tax . Customer service is impossible to get on the phone. The chat is closed and I do not see an email. I paid my bill to day, but I did not pay the 5.99. Is there some way of getting in touch with customer service now. It was getting more difficult before the virus and shut down. But now it is almost impossible. Any suggestions ?
