My attempts to make a payment for my phone over the phone have not been successful. Everytime I dial 611 or any other verizon service it says "we are having technical difficulties please try again later". While when my cousin tried to do the same on his phone it worked. I then tried to pay online but do not know my user or password and there was an error when I tried to get a new pin sent to me.

I have and everytime I called it said the "I am experiencing technical difficulties, please try again later". One call went through. To a store near me and they said to turn my phone off for a bit and try again, which I did and still did not work.
