How can I file a complaint with Verizon, I have been a loyal customer from 2014 and then in 2016 renewed another contract with them for 2 years with everything I get all the premium channels for free for 2 years and then since the begin of 2018 my bill have been increasing without anyone letting me know what are the charges and I have been calling them and they keep telling me that the premium channels are not free no more and but the contract that I sign states it. Well I can say that Verizon am going to be moving on to another company that values my loyalty.
