I signed up for a new bundle for the black friday 2019 special (2x $100 Prepaid Cards). The sign up email came in January 2020, the rewards.verizon link was in my bios account homepage for weeks, when you check status it said something like "should be sent in 2 weeks", for a few weeks. Now, late February 2020, the rewards links are gone from myfios homepage and when i try to use the direct links from emails, they error out back to my homepage that lacks the rewards info. I am in good standing, so I don't know why this would go away.
Anyone else running into this?
Verizon, can you help or provide information? Thank you.
