Black Friday Bonus

I still haven’t received my Black Friday bonus. It is very disappointing that a company with a solid longstanding history is now being dishonest with its customers. I signed up for the service in November, service installed December 1 and my bonus has yet to show up. I call customer service and there is still no solution. The PSC might be only recourse.
