Hello Verizon,

I received an email from Verizon with a link to claim my Ring Doorbell - which I signed up for as part of the black friday deal. The link does not work and I have contacted customer service (both call and chat). So far, nothing has worked and no one has been able to assist me. They have commented that they are unable to see the doorbell from their end either. I have been seeing this happen to other customers in the Verizon forum and am very frustrated / concerned that this is a scam to get new users to sign up for Verizon services.
