Black Friday Rebate

Has anyone received their Black Friday Rebate? I have still yet to receive it. The last time I called, a few weeks ago, I was told that I should have it within the next few days, since it was going to take 4-6 weeks. This is despite the card's status already being changed to "processed". 

I have called a few times and was redirected about 4 different times. This is very frustrating that Verizon is playing games with us!
