Black Friday Ring Doorbell

As a brand new Verizon residential customer, I'm extremely disappointed in the inability of Verizon to address my concerns about my Ring doorbell that I was supposed to received as part of a Black Friday promotion when I signed up. I received an email telling me to log into Verizon to get the device. Problem is that when I log-in, there is no option to select the Ring doorbell (unless I want to purchase one for $200). This was part of the package deal (along with Amazon Prime and an Amazon Echo - wonder if I'll get those??). I've tried calling and nobody seems to be able to address the question. Is this really the service that I'm paying $150+/month for? Not impressed so far. How do I get this?
