The utility box cover in my front lawn has been damaged and there is now a hole in my lawn. The utility box is underground and the flush mount cover has fallen into the box. It now presents a significant safety hazard.
I have a had multiple tickets opened and closed without any help.
What should I do. Really frustrating, cannot get someone on the phone.

Contact your state’s public service commission or department of financial security (ny)
or your city, town, village engineering department.
they can best assist you when Verizon does nothing.

They said contact Verizon executive support. Zero help.
Tried for more than 3 hours today.
Fact: Fios internet tv and phone is #1.
