Broken pull box cover/no pull box cover

I phoned & spoke to Debra on 6/20/2023 at 0900 to advise that there are two pull boxes on each property line at my house, one of which has no cover & the other cover is broken.  Both pull box concrete bases are broken & need to be replaced.  They are a hazard to my 3 kids - ages 1, 2 & 4 as a 12" drop in which they could easily step in.   Debra created ticket # ***** and advised it would be labeled "HAZARDOUS" given the information provided & a crew should be out the same day to take corrective action

I phoned to follow up on 6/22/2023 at 0945  as no return phone call or visit from a field crew as Debra noted.  Omedia pulled up the repair ticket and advised it was CLOSED as it was deemed NOT HAZARDOUS.   Asked if anybody from Verizon had reviewed at my residence to make this determination it was NOT HAZARDOUS as I was home all day.  Omedia advised NO but she advised it might have been routed to field maintenance - asked it this is correct then why does she show the ticket as closed & how can it be deemed NOT HAZARDOUS if nobody actually looked at it ?

I requested she confirm my physical address & she had the correct location.  She advised that she will forward the ticket # to her supervisor for follow up in an effort to resolve the concern or get additional information & phone me back the same day or on 6/23/2023.  Asked if there was a way I could forward photos to Verizon to look at the issue as it sounded as if they had little interest in resolving.

Today is 6/24/2023 and I have had no response from anyone at Verizon regarding my concern.  They obviously have little accountability on this issue and there is no means to send them photos directly to show them the issue I am attempting to  resolve.  Considering posting a short video on YOUTUBE to let the consumer decide if this is a hazard for 3 small kids and what little concern Verizon has in fixing.

I am seriously considering removing both smashed concrete bases & one broken pull box lid  & hauling them to the County landfill & filling both holes in with concrete & sodding over given the lack of concern & follow Verizon has demonstrated.

As of today, no corrective action by Verizon.  Follow up calls on 6/26 (Gwen), 6/29 (Marie).   Apparently Nate is the local field manager & Zack his assistant  for my area but even though Marie advised she will text & email him for an update, I have had zero response from Verizon - 40 days and counting since original call.   Was advised it might takes weeks for a response as apparently the field crew is extremely busy, which it appears this is more important then my kids safety given the lack of follow up.  When both hazards that are on my property are filled in with concrete and sodded over, don't complain that you did not have sufficient time to correct.
