Verizon dug lines in my mother-in-law's yard last week. She started having plumbing issues today. A plumber came out and confirmed Verizon's work broke the pipe. We need immediate help, not sure who to contact. I've been on hold on the automated phone line the entire time I've created a sign in and wrote this out.
