I have a Verizon Vault located at the edge of my business office driveway which is located in a residential neighborhood 20 feet from a school bus stop. I have tried on numerous occasions to reach someone at Verizon for repair. This is the 3rd time in the past 9 years this has happened and the previous time I somehow obtained the VP phone number and it was handled. We are not Verizon customers, so I keep getting transferred with no resolution. I have even contacted Hillsborough County since it is in the easement and they say that they forwarded the request but that was over 7 weeks ago! It is 2ft by 3 foot wide, filled with water and marked with a safety cone which doesn't even cover the hole. Can someone please assist me in resolving and repairing this matter.
